General
Final shipping costs are calculated in the cart at checkout and upon entering the specific delivery location – fees
may vary based on the destination and package weight.

NOTE: Shipping companies charge all sales taxes, customs duties, and handling fees separately for each country.
Customers are responsible for any bank fees that may arise in connection with international orders. In the case of
returns, customs duties, sales taxes, handling fees, and the shipping cost itself cannot be refunded. This does not
apply in case of a relevant complaint.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the goods are shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.
International customers can return parcels via any postal service. Please retain all shipping documents until they
reach us.

REFUND
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of
your refund. Approved refunds are usually processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5
working days.
Please note that your refund may be impacted during e.g., holidays, sales, and transportation crises.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. The cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is officially sent. If you haven't received your requested refund in due
time, please double-check your bank account. If the refund still hasn't appeared on your bank account, contact
the company that issued your credit card. If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact
us at info@42-21.com.
EXCHANGE
We only exchange items for the same item in a different size or for an item of the same value. If you want to
exchange an item for another item, return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Socks and underwear are exempt from returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and discounted items
are also non-refundable.
